About the event
The Southeast Tennessee Tourism Association alongside Tennessee's South Cumberland Tourism Partnership will host a free short-term rental workshop June 25 for individuals interested, or that currently own/operate vacation rental properties throughout the region.
The program includes an opportunity for participants to learn more about vacation rental markets, laws and regulations, customer service, proper cleaning guidelines, as well as how to get started with rentals and enhance current properties. The workshop will also offer a question-and-answer session with local short term rental experts from the area, and an opportunity to hear from local tourism and hospitality-related entities.
Registration is required as the workshop is available for in-person attendance only.
